Discounts at the Concession Stands & Mayhem Merchandise:

All STHs will receive a 10% discount at Macon Coliseum concession stands during Macon Mayhem home games – excluding alcohol.

Keep in mind, the Macon Coliseum concessions are change (coin) – free.
The STH Discount can only be applied to Credit Card transactions.
All STHs will also receive a 10% discount at the Mayhem Merchandise stand during home games (some exclusions may apply).
To receive ANY discounts, STH cards MUST be presented prior to purchase (no exceptions).

STH VIP Entrance & Early Entrance

STH will have an exclusive STH VIP Entrance at the building’s front entrance, glass doors on the right-hand side.

STHs will be allowed to enter each Mayhem Home game 15-minutes before general doors open to ensure they are the first ones to have access to any Mayhem specialty merchandise, giveaways, concessions, etc.
If the venue chooses to open the line to the general public (during busy nights for flow of traffic), just present your STH card at the front of the line and you will be granted access.
- ONLY STHs with a card may use this entrance (1 card per person)
- You may not bring other non STHs with you for early entrance or to gain STH access at the front of the line
- STH card MUST be presented (no exceptions)

Exclusive Events including Mayhem Players & Staff

The Macon Mayhem will typically host between 4-8 special events for STHs during the course of the year. Due to travel and game schedule, these events may typically be hosted during the week, and dates/times are all subject to change. Event dates will typically be shared 4-6 weeks prior to the scheduled event.

Almost ALL events will have the Mayhem players present!

Ticket Exchange Program (Full Season Plan Only)

Unable to make it to a Mayhem game in your season ticket plan? Tickets can be moved to a future game during the Mayhem season, giving you more tickets for a game(s) of your choice!

STH Exchange form MUST be filled out and submitted at least 48 hours BEFORE the scheduled game you will not be attending.
Exchanges will only be made if submitted through the online Ticket Exchange Form.
Tickets can only be moved to a FUTURE game in the regular season, they can not be moved to an earlier game
Once tickets are moved, they cannot be moved again

‘Bring A Buddy’ Nights

The Mayhem will have two ‘Bring A Buddy Nights each season, which will allow STHs to receive ONE complementary ticket per season ticket they have to bring a friend to the Mayhem game! With this program, we hope to introduce many new fans to the Mayhem!

A form will be sent out to STH prior to the game, which must be submitted to receive your buddy ticket(s). This is the only way that buddy tickets will be distributed.
Tickets will be pulled as close as possible to your Season Ticket seats, and will be placed into your account prior to the game.

Largest Savings at the Box Office

STHs will save the most amount of $$ when buying Season Ticket packages.

Exclusive STH Parking Lot

STHs have their own exclusive Parking Lot located in the lot closest to I-16.
Must have STH Parking Pass displayed in window to enter.

STH General Policies

All Season Tickets must be paid in full prior to receiving ticket access online
For all Season Ticket accounts on payment plans, Mayhem representatives will attempt to reach out to you after any missed payments
- if two (2) consecutive payments are missed, those reserved seats will be released to the public (If/when payments are made up, those released seats can be re-reserved – pending availability)
There are no refunds on any Mayhem tickets or ticket packages, to include Season Ticket purchases.
- If you wish to cancel your season tickets, any payments that are made towards those season tickets can be used for single game tickets during the applicable season in which the plan was for
Payment plans on Season Tickets are only offered from February to September
The Season Ticket Auto Renewal (STAR) Form must be signed and returned to the Mayhem before you receive access to your tickets

Season Ticket Auto Renewal

All Membership Privileges are revocable by the Mayhem for failure to comply with any of the terms relating thereto, including without limitation, failure to make payment(s) or make funds available for automatic charge hereunder when due. If Member defaults or breaches this agreement, the Mayhem, at its option, may do any, some or all of the following: (A) suspend the Membership license and the other rights granted to Member hereunder without reducing or suspending the license fees, (B) accelerate all Membership fees due for the current Membership Year so that they are immediately due and payable, (C) upon written notice to Member, terminate Member’s right to use the Tickets and any other Membership Privileges provided under this Agreement, or (D) pursue any other right or remedy available to the Mayhem at law or in equity. Whether or not Member’s right to use the Membership is terminated by the Mayhem, the Mayhem may recover damages from Member’s breach or default. If Member’s right to use the Tickets is terminated, Member will still be liable to the Mayhem for damages and the Mayhem may take exclusive possession of the Tickets without liability to Member for damages of any kind.
