Chuck Norris

Owner & CEO

Chuck Norris, Owner and CEO of the Mayhem and the SPHL’s Fayetteville Marksmen, is a U.S. Army veteran.

Born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, Norris is a lifelong hockey and Detroit Red Wings fan.

After retiring from a 20+ year career in commercial and residential land development and construction, Norris acquired the Fayetteville franchise in 2016-17, and has been raising the standard of hockey entertainment ever since. After acquiring ownership stake of the Mayhem in 2024, Norris has been committed to raising the bar for hockey in Macon.

Under Norris, the Fayetteville franchise has seen growth every season in attendance and success on the ice.

Chuck lives in Charlotte with his wife, Lanai (Mayhem CFO) and their three children, Chucky, Lilly, and Khloe.

Lanai Norris

Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer, Lanai oversees the financial aspects of the Mayhem-including budget items, revenue, and payments for both the front office and hockey operations department.

Lanai lives in Charlotte with her husband, Chuck, and their three children, Chucky, Lilly, and Khloe.

Alex Wall

President

The 2024-25 season will be Alex Wall’s tenth in minor league hockey, and first full season as Team President with the Mayhem.

Wall joined forces with Chuck Norris in 2020 with the Fayetteville (N.C.) Marksmen, where the pair have grown attendance over 300% and set various organization and league records. Wall oversees all day-to-day operations for both the Marksmen and Mayhem organizations, with a specific focus on revenue generation through ticket sales and corporate partnerships.

Prior to the Marksmen, Wall was responsible for cultivating business partnerships around some of the world’s most iconic live shows (Monster Jam, Disney on Ice, and more) with FELD Entertainment. Before that, he spent the better part of five seasons leading partnerships, activation, and marketing for two highly-successful ECHL franchises – the Orlando Solar Bears and Jacksonville Icemen (starting with the Icemen’s inaugural season in 2017).

A Tampa, Fla. native, Wall graduated from Stetson University (DeLand, Fla.), where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management and Marketing. Wall lives in Fayetteville with his wife Suzanne and their sons, Jacob and Matthew.

Anna Marie Barrett

Director of Ticket Sales

Anna Marie has been with the Mayhem since being named director of corporate relations in 2019.

A graduate of Mercer University, Anna Marie worked as a marketing assistant for Mercer athletics, facilitating sponsorship fulfillment and overseeing gameday operations for multiple NCAA Division-I sports. She also spent three seasons with the Savannah Bananas as a game day staff member and service intern.

Growing up in Springfield, GA, Anna Marie traveled the U.S. as a competition dancer for 16 years. She now lives in Cochran, GA, with her husband John and their Boykin Spaniel, Lollie.

Graham Tuck

Media Relations & Broadcasting Coordinator

Graham is a graduate of High Point University, where he majored in sports media. He called over 200 games for HPU club hockey, including their win in the 2024 Atlantic Coast Collegiate Hockey League Championship game. At HPU, Graham received the honors of Sports Broadcaster of the Year, Sports Production of the Year, Sport Fellow of the Year, and Outstanding Fellow of the Year.

Before coming to call games for the Mayhem, Graham worked with the ACCHL for six years, including four as the exclusive broadcast provider for league playoff games.  He has also worked for the Carolina Disco Turkeys (AAABA), Duluth Huskies (NWL), High Point Rockers (ALPB), and Carolina Thunderbirds (FPHL).

Originally from Winston-Salem, NC, Graham has been working in hockey since 2018.

Danny Shay

Game Presentation & Operations Coordinator

Danny graduated from High Point University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in sports media. While at High Point, he spent his four years as a broadcaster, calling hockey games alongside Graham Tuck, and also covered multiple baseball and basketball games on ESPN+ and various other platforms. Danny also interned for SNY in New York City and Fox Sports in Charlotte, NC.

Since his time at High Point, Danny has spent the past two years working with the New York Islanders’ game presentation team. Growing up on Long Island, this was a perfect fit for him to learn all about game presentation. Danny has also been a stage manager for the New York Red Bulls in the MLS and the New York Sirens of the PWHL.

When he’s not at the Coliseum, you’ll likely find Danny spending time with friends and family, on the golf course, or playing hockey himself.

Gabe Cirillo

Account Executive, Corporate Partnerships

Gabe is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, where he obtained both his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business Administration. At FAU, he was a student-athlete, playing lacrosse for the university and receiving All-American recognition.

His love for sports carried over into his professional life, starting with an opportunity at ESPN as a member of the Boca Raton Bowl team. Then his professional focus shifted to the ice, spending two Stanley-Cup winning seasons with the Florida Panthers.

Born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL, he finds himself happiest training hard in the gym or outdoors in the sunshine.

Jonah Reschly

Account Executive

Jonah is a graduate of Mercer University, where he earned his BBA in Sports Marketing and Analytics with a minor in Statistics, graduating Cum Laude. During his time at Mercer, he was involved in the Mercer Baseball analytics team and was an active member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, where he held multiple leadership roles. He also served as a Gameday Operations Intern with the Macon Mayhem before stepping into his current role as an Account Executive.

Originally from Athens, GA, Jonah is an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan and grew up attending St. Louis Cardinals games with his grandfather—experiences that sparked his passion for sports and inspired him to pursue a career focused on delivering unforgettable moments for fans. Hockey is in his blood, thanks in large part to his other grandfather, Hall of Fame coach Al Murdoch of Iowa State. When he’s not at the rink, Jonah enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his three pets—two dogs and a cat.

Sarah Kirby

Account Executive

Sarah graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in sport management and a minor in business. While at UGA, she spent two years coaching girls’ basketball at North Oconee High School, where she proudly cheered the team on to the Final Four in Girls Region 8-AAAA in back-to-back seasons.

A native of Athens, GA, Sarah grew up a passionate Georgia Bulldogs fan. Her love for basketball—and all things sports—began at the age of five and has only grown stronger. Her lifelong love of sports inspired her to pursue a career focused on creating memorable experiences for fans.

When she’s not at the rink, you’ll likely find Sarah spending time with friends and family, working out at Orangetheory Fitness or fishing with her Chocolate Lab, Banjo.

Andrew Strickland

Account Executive

Andrew is from Newnan, GA, where he went to Northgate High School. After graduation, he attended Jacksonville State University, where he studied Sport Management with a minor in Communication.

Since then, Andrew has worked with multiple sports organizations. His sales career started in 2022, when he worked for the Choccolocco Monsters, a wood-bat team in the Sunbelt Baseball League. He also completed internships in both ticket sales and corporate partnerships with Jax State.

Upon graduating from college, he worked as an Inside Sales Associate for the Memphis Redbirds, the AAA affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals. In his free time, Andrew likes to play golf, listen to music, and watch his favorite college team, The Alabama Crimson Tide.

Kyle Blight

Volunteer Youth Hockey Coordinator

A graduate of Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Kyle is a Red Seal Journeyman by training and a project manager by practice. A Canadian native, Kyle grew up playing hockey on ponds and rinks in Southern Ontario, Canada.

As a recent transplant to Macon, Kyle immediately immersed himself into the community and all things sports, coaching youth hockey, as well as Little League Baseball and basketball. Kyle has obtained Coach 2 status with Hockey Canada with specialty skill training in skating and checking. He is currently working through the USA Hockey coaching pathway and will obtain USA Coach Level 2 in 2024, as well as possessing safe-sport certifications.

Kyle has been an avid hockey player from the age of four years old and still plays AAA men’s league hockey in Atlanta. When he is not on the ice, he can be found at home with his five dogs, two kids, and wife Meaghan.
