(MACON, Ga.) – The Macon Mayhem, proud members of the SPHL, announced Thursday that they are signing forward Kevin Szabad for the 2026-27 season.
Szabad, 29, from Budapest, Hungary, enters his 10th season as a pro and third in North America this year. The 6-foot-2 power forward will look to make an impact with the Mayhem’s forward group.
“Kevin brings more of that physicality that we’ve been looking for” said Head Coach Dave Pszenyczny. “We’ll be looking for him to use that frame to his advantage.”
Szabad will join the Mayhem in camp ahead of their pre-season exhibition in Athens on Saturday.
